Valentine’s Day is full of excitement and happy energy for kids. To help celebrate the season, we have three Valentin’s Day Dice games—two of which can be played a couple of ways. And to make them extra special, you can buy heart dice here.
Pass the Love Valentine’s Day Dice Game
For this game you will need two dice and a package of foam hearts.
To play this Valentine’s Day Dice game, each player gets 6 hearts to start. Next, on a players turn, they roll both dice. When doubles are rolled, they pass a heart to the player on their left. The play then moves to the left. The first player to give away all of their love—their hearts—is the winner.

Option #2
For this variation, you will first need to write the numbers 1, 2, and 3 on the backs of the hearts—one on each heart. Repeat the numbers until all the hearts have a number. Each player still only needs 6 hearts. Next, play as you would for the original Pass the Love game. When a player gives away all of her hearts, play stops and players flip over their hearts and add the number of points together. Scores are record and the hearts are flipped back over and shuffled. Pass out the hearts again and play again. The player with the least points after four rounds is the winner.
Option #3
For this variation, you will need the hearts with the numbers on the back. This time, players each get three hearts to start and the rest of the hearts are placed in a pile in the middle of the table. Next, you roll the two dice. When doubles are rolled, the player passes a heart to the left. On the other hand, when the sum of the dice adds up to 7 then the player adds a hearts from the middle to his personal pile. The game is over when either the middle pile or a plyers personal pile is empty. The player with the least amount of heart points is the winner.

Valentine’s Candy Dice Game
For this Valentine’s Day game you will need two dice, some Valentine’s Day candy and the Valentine’s Day Candy Dice Game printout that you can get free in our fun library.
You can start with all the candy in the middle or give each player one candy to start. Starting with one candy speeds up the game a little and starts the fun right away instead of waiting to get a candy.
The game is easy, just roll the dice and follow the instructions on the printout. Sometimes you will get a candy, sometimes you will give a candy and sometimes you just miss a turn. Fun and easy, players of all ages will love this game—and the candy that they get to keep at the end.

Love is all Around Valentine’s Day Dice Game
For this game, you will need the foam hearts with the number on the back from the first game in this post and a dice for every player. Six hearts per player will be a good amount of hearts.
Option #1
Everyone has one dice and the hearts are in the middle with the blank sides down. All players roll their dice at the same time. Next, players look to see if they match with anyone. If there are matches, the matching players each take a heart from the middle pile.
Next, all players roll their dice again. Again, they are looking to match with someone. When a match is made the matching players get a heart from the idle. The play is the same until all the heart in the middle are taken.
When all the hearts are gone, players flip over their hearts and add up their points. The player with the most love points wins the game.

Option #2
This variation is played the same as Option one with a difference in scoring. The difference is that the player who has the most points has to give her highest heart to another player—spreading love around in the Valentine’s Day spirit. Points are recorded and the player that first reaches 50 points is the winner.
Option #3
This variation is played the same until it comes to scoring. This time, the player who has the most points has a chance to keep all of the points. All the players roll their dice again. If the player with the most points matches with one or more players, she has to pass a heart (and the points) to that player or players. On the other hand, if she doesn’t match with anyone, she gets to keep all the points. Again, the winner is the player to reach 50 points first.
