Playing Grinch Dice Game

To start, a player will roll one die. From there it will depend on the roll.

When a 1 is rolled, the turn is over and the player scores no points.

If a 2, 3, 4 or 5 was rolled, then the player scores that amount. The player can choose to end her turn and keep that score.

When a 6 is rolled, the player scores 6 points. She can choose to stop and take that score or she can continue. If she continues, a second dice is added. She will roll both dice and see what she gets.

When the two dice are added together, if they add up to 7 then the score is 0 and the player scores no points for that round.

If any amount of 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6s (that do not add up to 7) are rolled they are added to the score of 6 from the first roll. The player can then choose to stop or roll again.

On the other hand, if a single one has been rolled, her turn is over and she scores no points for the roll. In this case, her score would be 6 from the first roll.

If double 1s were rolled, then she loses all points for this round and her turn is over.
