What You need

You will need two dice, one pen and a piece of paper for each player.

How to Play Come on Six

To start, choose a player to roll first. This player will then roll the dice until she get a sum of six. Once she gets a six, she starts writing the numbers 1 to 100 on her sheet of paper.

Numbers need to be in order and need to be legible.

She has a start while the next player is trying to roll six.

As soon as she starts, the next player rolls the dice, trying to get a sum of six. Once he does, he takes the pen from the first player and starts writing the numbers 1 to 100 on his own sheet of paper.

While he writes his numbers, the next player rolls the dice saying “Come on six!” until she gets a sum of six and then takes the pen from him.

The game continues until someone reaches the number 100.

Winning Come on Six

The first player to reach 100 on their paper wins the game.

Come on Six Variations

The first rule change for Come on Six is to use just one dice. The play is the same with players rolling to get the number six instead of a sum of six.

The next rule change is that players have to say the numbers that they are writing down out loud.

The next rule change comes from us. We find that the person who goes first gets an unfair advantage so we changed it so that the first player to roll only get to start writing if she rolls a sum of six. Otherwise, the next player rolls one time to try to get six. This continues until a player rolls a sum of six. That player gets the pen and starts writing while the player to her left gets to roll the dice as many times as she has to get a sum of six and take over the pen.

Last, if you’re looking for an even easier way to play, you can pre-write the numbers from 1 to 100 on sheets of papers and hand them out. Players then just have to cross off the numbers instead of writing them. You can also play with the numbers 1 to 50.

Let the Good Times Roll

Come on Six is a simple game that players of all ages and skills will love. It’s fast paced and you will want to play again right away. Just a warning, depending on how competitive your players are, players tend to rip the pen out of people’s hands while playing. Over all, this game is a flurry of chaotic fun and will quickly become a family favorite.
